
中國南車高端軌道交通裝備助推大馬產(chǎn)業(yè)升級
CSR Upgrades Malaysia Industry with High-end Railway Transportation Equipment
值2014年亞太經(jīng)合組織(APEC)北京峰會召開前夕,中馬經(jīng)貿(mào)伙伴關系迸發(fā)新亮點。

10月21日,馬來西亞首都吉隆坡簽約現(xiàn)場,隨著中、馬雙方企業(yè)負責人的雙手緊緊地握在一起,中國南車株機公司將向馬來西亞提供30列應用于安邦線的輕軌列車,其中9列車將在馬來西亞吉隆坡實現(xiàn)本地化生產(chǎn)。
On Oct. 21 in Kuala Lumpur, Capital of Malaysia, the leaders of Chinese and Malaysian companies shook hands firmly at the Contract Signing Ceremony of supplying 30 LRVs for Malaysia Ampang Line, wherein 9 LRVs will be localized in Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia.
中國南車株機公司城軌車輛研發(fā)經(jīng)理李駿介紹,此次簽約的項目是中國南車株機公司第二個出口馬來西亞的城軌車輛項目,能與既有安邦線車輛混跑在安邦線及其延伸線路上。列車采用3節(jié)固定編組形式,最高設計速度80km/h。
The Contract signed is CSR ZELC’s second project of mass transit vehicles for Malaysia, and the New LRVs are 3-car trainsets with max. design speed of 80km/h, which is set to operate on Ampany Line and Ampany Extension Line with the existing LRVs, said Mr. Li Jun, Mass Transit R&D Manager of CSR ZELC.
李駿表示,為讓大馬的民眾乘坐高端、大氣、上檔次的城軌車輛出行,公司在研制中將采用多項新技術,適應馬來西亞吉隆坡地區(qū)的環(huán)境、氣候、供電、限界等條件。其最小轉彎半徑僅為40m,70km/h運行時噪聲僅為約68分貝,客室最低溫度可至20攝氏度,整車防火等級達到歐洲BS6853標準。
Mr. Li Jun said, new technologies will be adopted with the aim of providing Malaysian citizens with luxury, elegant and exquisite vehicles adaptable to the environment, climate, power supply system and track gauge in Malaysia. The LRVs are able to negotiate minimum curve radius of 40m. The noise when operating at 70km/h is only 68kB, the minimum saloon temperature can reach 20℃, and the fire safety of the LRV conforms to BS6853.
中國南車株機公司董事長、總經(jīng)理周清和透露,自2010年以來,中國南車株機公司先后獲得馬來西亞38列6節(jié)編組動車組、20列安邦延伸線輕軌車輛、10列增購動車組、30列安邦線輕軌車輛合同,以及簽下為期2年維保合約,與馬來西亞交通部、KTMB、SPNB和MRT公司建立了緊密的貿(mào)易、合作伙伴關系。
Mr. Zhou Qinghe, Board Chairman & CEO of CSR ZELC said, since 2010, CSR ZELC has won the orders of 38 (6-car) EMUs, 20 LRVs for Ampang Extension Line, 10 additional EMUs and 30 LRVs for Ampang Line in Malaysia, and signed a two-year maintenance contract. CSR ZELC has established close partnership for trade and cooperation with Ministry of Transport, KTMB, SPNB and MRT Company.
2011年8月,中國首個城際動車組“4S店”——由中國南車株機公司投資的南車吉隆坡維保有限公司(CKM)在馬來西亞吉隆坡宣告誕生,專注于列車的維護保養(yǎng)。
In August 2011, China’s first intercity EMU “4S” – CKM Company invested by CSR ZELC, was established in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, specializing in maintenance of trains.
“4S店”的落地,當?shù)氐能壍澜煌ㄟ\營商用車的后顧之憂隨之得到了解決,目前已為吉隆坡動車組提供了3年的全天候維保作業(yè),列車總運營里程約1000萬公里。在去年馬來西亞大選期間,列車得以連續(xù)3天24小時不間斷運營。而在黃金周的“伊斯蘭教先知誕辰”及“大寶森節(jié)”期間,列車更是連續(xù)4天內24小時不間斷運營,無清客、無大故障,節(jié)日期間總客流量累計達到60萬人。
The founding of “4S” has solved the maintenance problem of rail transit vehicles in commercial service. It has provided 3 years of 7/24 maintenance services for the trainsets in Kuala Lumpur. The operating mileage of the trainsets reaches around 10 million kilometers. During Malaysia’s election campaign last year, the trainsets operated continuously for 3 days. During Maouloud-Naissance du Prophète and Thaipusam, the LRVs operated continuously for 4 days without major failure and evacuation, with the ridership during the festivals reaching 600,000 passengers.
而“4S店”落地帶來的另一個好處是,不僅能解決客戶的用車后顧之憂,因為“4S店”聘用的員工約70%是馬來西亞本地人士,也在一定程度上滿足了當?shù)厝说木蜆I(yè)需求,同時為馬來西亞帶去了軌道交通的維保技術。
“4S” has satisfied the employment demand of local citizens to certain extent, because 70% employees of the “4S” are Malaysians, and brought railway transportation maintenance technology to Malaysia.
為有效提升馬來西亞軌道交通裝備制造水平,2013年4月,中國南車株機公司投資4億馬幣以上在大馬建設南車馬來西亞軌道交通裝備制造基地,納吉布首相親自啟動挖機奠基。
Planning to enhance Malaysian railway equipment manufacturing level, CSR ZELC invested MYR 0.4 billion to build CSR Malaysia Rail Transit Equipment Manufacturing Base. In April, 2013, Malaysia Prime Minister Najib himself started the excavator for foundation laying ceremony.
該基地位于霹靂州的batu Gajah,占地50英畝,具備軌道交通車輛的焊接、組裝、實驗、大修和翻新能力,能夠進行機車、地鐵、動車組、輕軌和其他鐵路裝備的制造。項目一期工程將于今年底完工,產(chǎn)能為新造150輛/年和架大修100輛/年。屆時,隨著該基地的建成投產(chǎn),2013年所增購動車組的10列中將會有6列車,2012年所簽的20列安邦延長線項目將會有6列車,本次合同將會有9列車在該基地本地化生產(chǎn)。
CSR Malaysia Rail Transit Equipment Manufacturing Base is located at Batu Gajah, Perak, covering 50 miles. It provides rail transit vehicle welding, assembly, testing, overhaul and refurbishment. Besides, it produces locomotives, metro cars, EMUs, LRVs and other railway equipment. The first phase of the manufacturing base will be completed at end of 2014, able to output 150 new vehicles per year and overhaul 100 vehicles per year. Once the manufacturing base is put into use, it will produce 6 of 10 EMUs for ETS project, 6 of 20 LRVs for Ampang Line Extension project and 9 of 30 LRVs for this project.
周清和表示,中國南車株機公司投資的這個基地,將大量吸納大馬人士加盟,以此培育大馬人士掌握軌道交通裝備制造、維保等技術。同時,積極與當?shù)仄髽I(yè)合資聯(lián)合,實現(xiàn)車輛維保的技術轉移,并在未來的項目中實現(xiàn)在當?shù)毓SBatu Gajah的車輛制造,扶持當?shù)貪撛诓考虒崿F(xiàn)當?shù)鼗a(chǎn),培育屬于大馬的軌道交通裝備產(chǎn)業(yè),同時這個基地將成為面向東盟的鐵路裝備制造中心。
Mr. Zhou Qinghe hopes the manufacturing base could converge Malaysia friends’ efforts to cultivate manufacturing and maintenance technologies. Meanwhile, CSR ZELC will actively ally local enterprises for joint venture, realize technology transfer, produce vehicles in the base for future projects, support potential local suppliers for localization purpose, and foster Malaysia rail transit equipment industry. In the future, the manufacturing base will produce railway equipment dedicated for CSR Rolling Stock Center, Batu Gajah.
從2010年的城際動車組產(chǎn)品購銷開始,到2011年軌道交通維保服務的落地,再到2013年的投資建設基地,再到如今的本地化生產(chǎn),以及未來的對馬來西亞軌道交通裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的培育,中國南車株機公司與馬來西亞各方的合作走上了快車道。
In 2010, the contract of supplying EMUs was signed. In 2011, the rail transit maintenance service was delivered. In 2013, CSR ZELC invested in the construction of the manufacturing base. At present, the localization is in schedule. From now on, Malaysia rail transit equipment industry starts growing. Cooperation between CSR ZELC and parties of Malaysia enters the highway.
